Flow to Restore - Mindful Slow Flow with Restorative Recovery ~ in the Yurt
Join me for a 1hr hatha flow (all levels) followed by a 1hr restorative practice.
We will move our bodies to stretch, build strength and increase flexibility then slow it down with some passive stretching (think bolsters, blocks and blankets) and hands on adjustments to relax the muscles and allow the body to reset and the mind to be quiet and drop into a meditative state.
