We will start with a 45 minute yoga flow followed by a 15 minute meditation with music. Then Karen will take us on an interactive musical journey as we use different instruments and different techniques to explore how music can relax us, reduce stress and muscle tension and energize us among other health benefits.
We will experience the therapeutic benefits of sound through:
-Exploration of the instruments
-Creating an L-shaped soundscape (both with instruments and visually) designed to help create a sense of calm.
